Thank you for supporting handmade! Every NLO Knitting piece is carefully crafted and packaged with love before it ships from Texas.
Processing Time
Because our knitwear is handmade, please allow [2–4 business days] for in-stock items to be processed and packaged. Made-to-order and custom pieces may take [1–2 weeks] we'll confirm the timeline with you at checkout or by email.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery (United States)
- Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): [$5.99] typically arrives in 3–7 business days

Holiday & Craft Show Season
During peak season (October–December) and on weeks we're traveling to craft shows, processing may take an extra 1–2 days. Ordering a gift? Reach out and we'll do our best to meet your deadline!
International Shipping

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
Once a package is scanned by the carrier, delivery times are estimates and out of our hands but we'll always help! If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, email us at nlo.knitting@gmail.com within [7 days] of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

Attending one of our shows? Check our 2026 Show Calendar — you may be able to skip shipping and pick up your order in person. Email us to arrange it.
